In huge victory, Army Corps of Engineers calls for full environmental impact statement on pipeline

The Army Corps of Engineers has announced that it will require a full environmental impact statement for the section of the Dakota Access Pipeline that crosses Sioux ancestral lands and passes under the Missouri River.
